Guys. I'm so sad.
My lil guy is 4 months. 🥰 and this morning I started my first period. 😠hes ebf so I'm hoping it doesnt mess with my supply. But we were also already trying for another one. Any tips to make sure I keep my supply up? Hes fed on demand but i think I'll add a few pump sessions.
