First time IVF - any advice?

Getting prepared to start the IVF process for the first time. Those of you who have gone through it any words of advice or things you wish someone would have told you? It’s a bit overwhelming and I don’t want to miss anything! I’m taking estradiol 2mg twice a day to “prime”. Meds are ordered. $hit is getting real!

Take it one day at a time. Heres my first transfer. Doing another in December or January. GOOD LUCK!!!

How exciting for you!! IVF is a lot. No doubt about it. But I didn’t feel like it was horrible like some describe it. It takes over your life for awhile, medications, labs, ultrasounds, etc. But it seriously goes so fast! Things can change day to day, nothing and I mean nothing is written in stone, so try not to think too far ahead. Things can change so so quickly during the process. Just let your body do it’s thing and let your Dr lead. And trust your Dr! Also continue to do things that you enjoy. Dates with hubby. Hobbies. Lots of laughs. Exercise. It will help:) I didn’t get so obsessed with a certain diet/foods/drinks/acupuncture, etc. A lot of people do and that’s okay! Whatever gets us through the process! That stuff honestly stressed me out more so I just tried to be healthy, drank lots of water, took my prenatal, and listen to my Dr:) And tried to continue living life like normal. My first FET was successful and my baby girl is 11 months! Perfect and heathy:) It’s so so worth it! I’m so very grateful ❤️❤️ Good luck to you!
