Sad and scared

I don’t have fertility issues but my husband was diagnosed with slight low count. I put him on so many vitamins and different healthy foods to increase his count and we still can’t get pregnant. I’ve done 6 iui all failed. I got my period today. I gave up and moving on to Ivf starting process this month. I’m worried it will fail. I’m 31 and have healthy egg reserve tubes clear. What u think my chances are? We are doing icsy. Anyone have advice. I want to cry. Never did I think I would have to go through this😭
