Please only comment help if you have it. I don't need more stress or any other distractions. Has anyone been to family court for temporary custody battles? I let my family visit my kids for a little bit because my husband and I live 2 hours away fro my family whole loves my children. Iv been ignoring my family and allowing my husband to do all the communication with them. Well they kept asking for more and more the with my kids so I agreed. Well 2 weeks went by and I NEEDED to get my babies I miss them so much. I have my husband call to say we're coming to get them. They wouldn't answer. Then all of a sudden I get a voicemail from my aunts lawyer stating my aunt is filing for a temporary custody order! WTF!?!? So I called her lawyer back asking why and if I can legally come get my kids since we have not yet seen any type of paperwork. The lawyer stated she does not have the paperwork yet fr the court but supposedly the papers were signed off so she said no you can't get them. Not believing her I asked her to email it to me so I can see them. She never sent them to me, so next day I called her back and what do you know. I get no answer nor do I get a call back. This was yesterday. So my questions are, can lawyer s lie to you if they're again at you? And more importantly, can I legally go get my children if I have not yet been served with papers, nor have I seen any type of signed off notary? Because I'm about to go snatch my kids up this is fucking bullshit!
