Pre term labor ?

Ok I’m 34+2 weeks. I’ve lost my mucus plug at 32weeks. Baby’s head is very very low, like I feel it and I feel like I been kicked down there and like I have to poop. It hurts to use the bathroom just to pee from the pressure. I’m swollen down there and kinda opened up. It’s like the last time I was in labor. Today I had more mucus with brown blood and some very light pink. I’m 2 cm and 50%. I get period like cramps a lot but never really painful and at my cervix I will get sharp pains that are like contractions. And my lower back hurts bad. I don’t get to sleep due to the pain and rls. Any help would be great.
