Baby had a diaper rash last week (I’m sure it’s bc I ate pineapples 🤦🏽‍♀️😩) today one popped up and it came back with vengeance. I have tried everything...baking soda soak in warm water, Boudreaux butt paste, A&D ointment and then desitin. Feels like nothing is working. Switched his wipes. Let him air out today....on call doctor said to mix neosporin and A/d and see if that helps. Baby is also pooping A LOT! It is watery stool. Every time he passes gas he farts...just want to make sure my baby is ok....
