Doctors appointment
Next week I’m going to a doctors appointment about finally getting on birth control for my periods, and because I have become sexually active. My mom is against the pill but said they could give me a “lower level” one so it doesn’t act like birth control. She doesn’t know I’m active.
Is there such a thing? Is there a brand/kind that’s better that I should bring up to my doc?
My periods have also been so bad that my mom wants me to see if I can get an ultrasound of my uterus because she’s worried something is wrong. If I request an ultrasound at my appointment, do they do it? Or do I have to go through other routes to get an ultrasound?
I’m 22, but still go to my mom for everything lmao.
