HR really?

So I have a problem. And hr was in the offices where I work at 8 pm on work nights because the facility works 24 hrs 5 days a weeks starting on Sunday. Well I went in to discuss my problem with hr and they werent there. Someone was there monitoring temps but said that hr is always late. 😰😓
