Overly frustrated

Attempting to conceive again and I was hopeful I could track everything accurately...

But my cycle that’s been fairly regular decided to do a number on me two days after I ovulated (and I felt it because my ovulation is painful)

I’m just at a loss as to how I should know when I fertile 😓 this last week I have had ideal CM and all of the signs of fertility- and then my period ruins it all.

And it would be too soon for implantation bleeding, plus it is too heavy.
