Two different DPO's.. when to test?

Hi everyone,
I have been using Glow alongside FF.. got a positive opk on CD21. both my charts are giving my different DPO days and I have swollen breasts and have had cramping that has now eased. When should I test? Wanted to do it 21st but Glow says 22nd.

Yours look like you would get a BFP you can test anyway now.
