Forgot to up dose...did I mess up everything?

I didn’t up my estradiol dose over the weekend like I was supposed to. I was taking some, but not all. Did I just ruin the whole cycle? I’m still waiting to hear back from my doctor but I’m panicking. My lining was think at my last ultrasound. I’m so mad at myself. Has anyone had luck even after falling short on their meds?
