Late ovulation after confirmed OPK??

Question

Is it normal to ovulate 4 days after your first positive opk? First positive was on CD16 and my surge lasted until the evening of CD17 and returned to low on CD18. I assumed I ovulated on CD18 but now my Femometer app is telling me I really ovulated on CD20 based on my bbt. 
So now I am 4dpo instead of 7 (ughh) and now I don’t even know if I BD enough because I thought I had already ovulated 😩

I’ve personally had a lot of issues with that app. I’ve had multiple other apps confirm ovulation based on bbt when that one won’t, even though I’ve had a sustained temp shift. I also use Fertility Friend to track my bbt and found it to be a lot more user friendly and accurate.

Lh rise and opks is just an indication that it is due to happen, not that is definitely did. From what everyone here says, trust temp not opks
