Continuous bleeding

So I know it’s probably because I am negligent when it comes to taking my birth control daily. In fact, I can sometimes go a couple of days without taking a pill. Lately, I have been bleeding not much but enough to annoy the crap out of me. Would anyone know why? Is it because my lack of consistency? The pill itself? Or maybe something else. I take the isibloom tablets.

I am wondering if I should just stop the Borth control completely... but then I think I’d rather bleed a little than to go 5 days with a heavy flow and really bad stomach pain.
