Most Dr offices in my area have started to allow one guest per patient, but I just got word from mine that my husband won't be allowed to come with me this Wednesday. I'm so tired of this. I understand why... but I'm having a hard time dealing with it. My last OB appointment was in November and I found out I'd miscarried and I have such anxiety around going again.

I also have horrible anxiety about having blood drawn. I have had to be held down before for them to be able to get a needle in. The only thing that helps me is having a support person with me.

I feel pathetic and ridiculous for even being upset.
