Birth tips?

I’m having twins & want to go through the process with as little medicine as possible , any tips? Do I necessarily “have” to be induced at 38w? ( no medical problems )

My friend went into labor on her own at 39 weeks with her twins. They initially told her they'll induce at 38 weeks, but she and the twins were doing fantastic, they just let her keep going. She went into labor and had a natural delivery, both vaginal. One was breech, but the first baby came out head first and the second baby flipped and came out head first. I believe that's what happened. But they did let her go longer than 38 weeks because she had no complications.

I’m also pregnant with twins, and they told me they will be inducing me at 38 weeks because the risk of stillborn can become way greater after🤷🏽‍♀️ this is my second birth the first was great and easy with my epidural and everything but it was only a singleton the first time!

I just had my first, drug free three weeks ago. I prepared with hypnobirthing. I absolutely loved the breathing techniques and the mindfulness. My husband wasn't allowed in until I was basically pushing but managed to stay super calm. I 100% know it was because of hypnobirthing. Can only recommend it

No I guess you don't have to. I don't think so anyways but it's unlikely you'll make it to 40weeks with twins anyways

They wouldn't induce unless of medical issues for you or worries for baby. Learn breathing techniques, learn counter pressure, ways to deal with back labor incase ect
