7 weeks but I can’t see baby??

Question

I went in today for my first ultrasound (transvaginal) and the doctor could only see the gestational sac measured 22.2 mm. No yolk sac and no baby. I’m 7 weeks and 1 day today. I don’t know if I should be worried??

This what my sono looks like at exactly 5 weeks and with a baby and heartbeat in 6w2d. Maybe your dates are off, try to give it a week to see how it goes. Praying all is well with you and the baby.

I’m not 100% sure but I think you may be earlier than 7 weeks. I was 7 weeks 2 days at my dating scan and we could clearly see a little bean baby and the flutter of its heart beat.

Did you get your sonogram photo? Did you ask why no baby. Normaly they say 5 and 6 is to early. You may have ovulated later than you thought.

That’s is exactly my last month ordeal. Hope you have a better outcome. My didn’t resolve in a good way. I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum. MC 8 days after the US
