Relationship advice

Hi guys,

I just need your opinions and thoughts on something.

My boyfriend follows a lot of female twitch streamers on instagram. I wouldn't really mind but whats making me suspicious is he told me he didnt like this specific one and stopped watching her a long time ago. But then I see... hes following her on Instagram and liking all her pictures? I feel lied to in a way, especially when I brought up how I am uncomfortable with him liking so many girls and he got angry and said that's toxic and he just won't use instagram.

I don't know what to feel or do.
