What do I do?

So my partner of 2 years and I have recently broken up because he cheated on me with not 1 but 2 different girls..... and to top it off I just found out that I have had a miscarriage that I was 8 weeks pregnant ♥️👼🏽 I didn’t know I was pregnant 😭 I don’t even know how to deal with all that is going on right now ..... do I tell my ex about this ? What do I do ?
