After numerous car accidents, the pressure systems really affect me. My hips aches so bad I had to rotate every 30minutes last night and my body continued to be so stiff and achey all day today as the rain came down.
Any tips for achey hips when sleeping? I take a Tylenol before bed and stretch in the morning.
