Stressful day, happy ending

I have been feeling small for gestational age, so I was nervous going into my midwife appointment today. I’m 28+2 today, (first appointment since 19 weeks) and my fundal height was only 24.5. I was referred for a growth scan and was so scared and worried. Thank heavens there was a cancellation and they did the scan today, so I didn’t have to worry long. Baby measured perfect, exactly 28+2, 55th percentile. So I learned today that fundal height is not a super hard science—can be more of a starting point. Hope that helps ease anyone else’s anxiety out there.
