EPing cracked nipples!!

I’ve been exclusively pumping since I was in the hospital. And just last week my right nipple started cracking. I’ve tried every flange size but I think I have elastic nipples and my nipple grows like four times its original size when pumping. I always put nipple cream but for some reason only my right nipple has been giving me trouble. My left is fine. I pump 15-20min every three hrs. Any advice on how to heal my poor nipple. I also have discoloration from my areola rubbing against flange. Help!!
