OPKs and PCOS

Ashley

Hi guys!

I have PCOS and I know that it’s sometimes not recommended for women to use OPKs to detect ovulation as the LH could yield false positives since it’s sometimes usually high

in women with PCOS. However, I haven’t experienced any kind of positive. They seem to be working for me at this point. My question is, I took a Babycolor brand test and they’ve been getting darker but nothing compared to when I took the MomMed brand. Is one brand better and more reliable than the other?
