When should I test?

Hi ladies I have really irregular periods but the Flo app is the closest to predict my periods so I go of by that. I haven’t had a period since end of February. I been BD like crazy ever since and I recently had a positive opk last Wednesday so we BD on Wednesday and Sunday night. Any ideas when I should test? I took one yesterday and it was negative .
