Also, try to find out what material the inserts are. If they're a mixture that'd be good, if all microfibre/charcoal they won't last you long, some cotton, bamboo, hemp in there would be good

Depends on the condition of the diapers. Is the PUL intact? Are the elastics worn out? Are there holes or stains on the inserts? Have you used cloth diapers before, so you know this is a style you will like? 
The penumbra if diapers for the price is decent,but you really need more information

Way over priced. Lower it down to atleast $125. Most this stuff can be found for free in mom groups...

It would depend on the condition of the elastics and snaps… If all of the elastics are worn out and you have to replace them then it's not a good deal. But if the diapers themselves are in great condition and elastics dont need to be replaced then yes it is!
