I hold my breath! I’m not sure it’ll work for anybody else, but that helps me tremendously. You should try those tiktok video hacks lol, I know! I’m recommending a tiktok, but supposedly they swear it works. It’s those videos where they squeeze between their thumb and index finger and then use their other index finger to squeeze their chin or something like that. Try looking it up! Good luck!
