I paid $59 for each of a brand new cloth diaper packs that came with 7 diapers, 7 inserts, and a wet bag.

Yes this is a good deal! I know ladies are saying 36 diapers is good, which it can be, the down side is you’ll be doing laundry about every 2 day’s. You have to keep in mind you may change babies diaper a few times more since disposables keep baby dry even with excessive liquid and cloth diapers will feel wetter. Hope that makes sense! 
I went with Mama Koala and I plan on laundry every 3-4 days depending on poopy diapers etc so I bought 50-60 diapers. Though I’ll have more than this once he’s able to fit the “one size” diapers. I can’t pass up the cute prints 🙈
I also went with 5 covers and 24 newborn size diapers. I will be cloth diapering right as we leave the hospital.

I don’t kno that brand but we have decided on Alvababy. After much research, we only ordered 36, they come grouped in 6s and will fit from newborn to potty training. At $40 for 6, that’s a good deal just hope you like the quality and fit

I only know two of the brands but I'd say that's a very good deal. It's a lot a diapers too so you'll never have to worry about running low.

That’s a great deal for the number of covers and inserts, as well as the AIO. That’s A LOT for one baby though. Between 25 and 35 is normally what is recommended for full time cloth diapering for one baby, with laundry every 2-4 days. If you had that many you could possibly go several more days without having to do laundry but I’m not sure what the odor buildup would be like on the inserts.
I personally prefer the AIOs to the cover/insert system. I just feel like it saves me the time of having to prep them, but many many people don’t mind having to do this...it would just depend on your preference.

Getting a mixture of brands is a good idea, 65nappies is alot for one baby...... everyone I have spoken too (I'm still pregnant but will be using cloth) 35 should be ok... maybe see if they will sell half and top up in a few months once you know what brand works best for you - if you still need more or want to swap some brands then you can
