Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help to understand a bit better of my diagnosis, I recently went to a pyschologist and she diagnosed me with a memory comprehension disorder, and I told her can I apply for social disability and she said yes but I'm having issues getting the application online and understanding what it's telling me to do. I can't go to the social security since I have no car. Can I do it on the phone?
