I’ve been tracking my bbt for a month and a half now, last month I started halfway through my cycle and caught the spike, but this month there hasn’t been. I should also add I’m a very restless sleeper, and a mouth breather, so I know my bbt isn’t going to be as accurate as it is for others.

But I’m just curious, is it possible I still ovulated? I had all the other signs, positive OPK and fertile CM. My boobs are also insanely sore.

Has anyone gotten a BFP even though they didn’t get the temp increase?
