Hiker Moms Out there...Any tips?

We are going to Utah this weekend, and will be hiking with our 11 month old baby...
Any tips of what should I pack...

Sunscreen, snacks, little toys, hat, change of clothes just in case, water.

We always make sure baby sunscreen and a sun hat and snacks/water. Also proper hiking backpack.

Where in Utah? No tips as I’m not a hiker but I live there!

Change of clothes in case it’s hot in the carrier and baby gets all sweaty. Also, a cotton handkerchief or something similar to put between baby and me to absorb any dampness. My hiking has been limited to hot weather, though. If bee allergies run in the family, I’ve been told to bring an epi pen (and of course to check with pediatrician first). Have fun!

A good baby carrier, sippy cup, snacks and food pouches are super convenient for long hikes! Also my LO is walking and loves to run straight for any body of water he sees so I always bring a change of clothes
