Still not talking

She’ll be 2 on June 15th. She’s still considered in the normal range, but she only has 3-5 words. She receives speech once, every other week. We’ve been doing speech since January, she was going twice a week at a private facility, which was super expensive! And now gets EI. I just feel like there should be more progress...she had a hearing test done that displayed mild hearing loss and needed to be rechecked, but her recheck appt was cancelled due to the virus. Anyone else out there have a LO still not talking much?
