Natural help with PCOS
Hi ladies! I would love your help with getting my period on track without using the prescribed meds.
Supplements i could take, drinks, teas, honestly im willing to try anything. I havent had a period since January, i put on a few pounds but with this quarantine I have been exercising much more, fasting, eating as best i can and yet still no period.
I had one miscarriage in 2018 and one in 2019, im ready to try again but i want to make my body the best i can for myself and my baby.
Any help is much appreciated 😁
