Anyone know what states are forcing those who fly in to be quarantined for 14 days?

My husband and I live in Alaska and are due at the end of July.  We have family from Virginia who have had plane tickets since before the coronavirus happened, to fly out from VA to AK for the birth in late July.
If they still fly out, will they be forced to quarantine and not leave our place for 14 days?  Does anyone know where I can find out this information?

I know certain states are saying travelers from certain states with high cases per capita can’t travel there or have to quarantine for 14 days. States like NY, NJ, LA, etc. I only know because I’m in LA and people have been complaining about not being able to go on certain summer vacations because we’re on a list of “No-no travelers.”

To add to what I said about the travel stuff from La, property owners are even canceling reservations from people that had been made months ago. The property owners are saying they aren’t allowed to rent to people coming from certain places. I know at least 4 people/families personally that it’s happened to.

Technically they can’t force you to quarantine they just tell you to. I’m going to buffalo ny to see family at the end of July. My city is opening up phase 2 June 3rd. So far we haven’t had any new cases in weeks. I’m not worried about buffalo either it’s far from nyc and that’s what everyone’s panicking about.
I doubt I’ll have to quarantine by beginning of August.

I thought it was only international. You can try CDC or TSA maybe?

Your governor and their website will have information as these come as directives from their office. They are usually executive orders.
