Leaking Nipples

So because of covid I can’t see my doctor for several different reasons. I have an IUD which I’ve had since Aug of 2018. I My boyfriend and I had a LOT of sex a few weeks ago so to be safe I took a plan b pill just as a precaution. (I also had a period a week before taking the plan b). Well, the next week my nipples have been leaking what looks like colostrum. I took 2 pregnancy tests 3 weeks apart and all have been negative. I’ve already had one child so I recognize the symptoms of pregnancy for my body and don’t feel anything like that.

My question is has anyone else taken plan b and experienced funky occurrences after? My nipples are still leaking and I really think the plan b disturbed my lactic hormone and I can’t consult with my doctor right now.
