Husband diagnosed with azoospermia

Hi guys, I just want to share and update my journey. I posted here last year that my husband had a zero sperm count. They tested my husband hormones, blood work and his DNA and everything came out normal. His urologist suggested that he want to perform a surgery on him to see if there were a blockage or any abnormality inside. On March 10 his urologist performed the surgery on my husband and found out that there were no abnormality inside and that he just don’t produce enough. He found 5million sperm alive on the surgery. He put my husband on clomid right now to help him boost his count and hopefully works. Anyway he told us that the only chance for us to have a baby is through IVF and so we are mentally preparing our selves right now. This coming July our fertility Doctor wants my husband to do sperm sample again to see if there is any improvement to his count and hopefully it will.

Is anyone dealing the same situation this time?
