Was this not a big deal or am i over reacting?

So last year i went out to a bar. Met this guy. Had no more than 3 drinks like i normally do but was blackout drunk. My cousin (thank god she was there) carried me out and took me home. We texted and i told him how weird that was and he made it seem like it happened to him to. We went out a couple times and hooked up a couple times. While we were hooking up, he just stuck his dick in me, no condom, no conversation, i wasnt prepared for that but i froze and didnt say anything. Definitely did not enjoy that experience. I blocked it out for a while but now cant help but feel so wrong about everything that happened. Thoughts??? Just super upset and confused about everything.
