my bf fucked up and i need advice

hi so me and my bf of almost a year recently slept together we are 16... and right after i asked him not to tell his friends (who are notorious for slut shaming any girl) he told me he wouldn’t tell his friends anything, then he did. And he knows i don’t trust them and i also asked him not to, i am super scared that they are gonna tell everyone and i’m super upset with my bf.. i just, i don’t know what to do. i don’t want to break up with him and i just want to resolve it. i know there’s not much i can do because what’s done is done, but god i am so scared about this... can someone please give me some advice as to what i can do?
