I’m I wrong to be mad?

I have been battling with 5 months of chronic Vaginosis. Yes, super embarrassing yes, I have been in and out of the doctors and have tried every trick in the book. But every time I have sex it throws me off again. My boyfriend doesn’t really respect this. He says he does but every time we are with each other he tries to guilt me into having sex again. I can’t have sex. Should I leave him? Or should I give in? I’m so upset
