I’ve had the Nexplanon for 1 year and 4 months and during that time I would usually get a cycle every month and if I am late it’s only no more than 2 weeks. Well March 14 was the last time I’ve had sexual intercourse with anyone and I got my period the very next day and now my cycle is 2 months late. I’ve experienced some cramping these past few days but no bleeding. Could the absent period be a new change from being on birth control or should I just purchase a pregnancy test?
