Which breast pump do you recommend?

I used Medela Pump In Style for exclusive pumping for my two boys. I really wanted to try the Spectra and the wearable breast pumps but I already invested in all the parts for the Medela so I stuck with it. It does its job well.

Whatever you choose, make sure to get a double electric pump. I'm disappointed that I only have a single. It works well, but I would get more if I had a double. You produce more prolactin or something so more milk comes down. I have noticed that whichever breast I pump second produces less milk that time.

I used the Spectra S2 for my first. I’d upgrade to the S1 if you can, it’s worth it not to be tied to the wall. I got a Willow for my second, because I had to exclusively pump for my first, and all the tubes and bottles were such a hassle when I was trying to care for DD. I’ll use my S2 for first and last pumps of the day, because it’s a workhorse.

Baby Buddha. Hands down, best pump ever. Portable, quiet, fits in your pocket. I also love the unique suction settings and its been smuch better and quicker at expressing than the other pumps ive used. I personally use it Spectra flanges for easier time finding extra parts.
Second place is the Spectra. A nice workhorse that gets the job done. The blue on is portable!
However, no matter what pump you choose, get the Baby Buddha tubing! It doesnt seem like something as simple as tubing could make a huge difference, but it does. The tubing is clear, lint doesnt stick to it, and the air divider in the middle is much better than the way you switch to single or double the way other pumps do.
