Hi Mommies,my baby skin has been like this for some days now.I don’t use any fragranced baby soaps or lotions. I tried Aveeno and Cetaphil and they both didn’t work.Does this look like baby Eczema or allergies? So frustrated

You try some of this! My baby girl randomly gets patches like that. This stuff is amazing. The small tub of it at Walmart is like $4 and it’s lasted since January. Still over half the tub too

I think it looks like eczema. It’s not bad though! You can put hydrocortisone on it but be very careful because if it gets in their eyes it will burn like the devil. Use it sparingly as it thins the skin.

Use oatmeal put it in a stocking and yup it’s on his cheeks when it feels jelly like my son had the same thing did that now his cheeks are clear and soft
