Ttc with anxiety/depression
I have both GAD and depression. My depression isn’t as bad as my GAD. My doctor has deemed it safe to not take my medication (lexapro 20mg) while trying to conceive. I’m looking for a therapist. Any advice on how to manage my GAD while ttc?
