Does anyone use the Mira fertility tracker?
I have super irregular cycles. I started using Mira last cycle but was kinda unsure of it so I kept doing opks with it. Today I have high LH in Mira (70 mIU/ml) BUT my opk is nowhere near positive, no EWCM over the last few days like usual. I’m pretty confused.
I’m going to assume that Mira is accurate since it shows actual hormone concentrations but it’s so weird to me that the opk is negative.
