Understanding my medication 🧐🧪

Today is my CD1. Just got email from clinic with my IVF meds that were ordered. I supposed to start my birth control pill tomorrow until they will be able to schedule me (limited space available due to COVID). So, can you please help me make sense of the meds. What is Q? What is PO? What? I’ve read this 5 times and everything see something different.

My IVF coordinator said she will follow up with the date of when specific medication is needed once I’ll be scheduled.
