Being naked around a baby/toddler

I just want to start by saying my sons 18 months, not sure if that qualifies him for a toddler yet but calling him a baby makes him seem really young. Anyway I’m one of those millennial hippies who thinks the human body isn’t sexual and blah blah blah. Which in turns to me hanging out in my underwear a lot. Also has to do with I live in a second floor apartment I start sweating when it’s 60 degrees outside. Well my boyfriend works a lot and he’s come home a few times now to me and my son cuddling on the couch with me being only in my underwear. Or me naked in bed while my son is chilling in his crib right next to the bed. His crib only has half the front so he can get in and out by himself. So my boyfriends make a few comments about it being inappropriate and that my son is going to start looking at his sisters differently. This is my first kid, where as its my boyfriend sixth kid. My boyfriend is also 17 years older than me. So ya we do have different parenting styles. But I just wanted to ask a larger audience. Is this creepy? Is it going to make my son perverted towards his sisters? When did y’all start covering up around your kids? Where you never naked around your kids?
