Scam?

Has anyone ordered from a place called PATPAT? I ordered 4/17 and I’ve just been given lots of excuses why I haven’t got my order. I understand the situation with the pandemic but that wasn’t the reason I haven’t gotten my order yet until this last time I emailed them. Just wondering if it’s a scam.

I've read mixed reviews. But since it's from China  it might take a lot longer than usual.

I’ve received stuff from there before with no problems, it can take a while to arrive though.

Ordered from there, the stuff came (late) and the quality was pretty bad. It did come though so I wouldn't say it's a scam, just not a great company.
