I need your HELP!

We are pregnant! We want to share with our families the announcement, but we want to make sure we are recording and that everyone is in the frame during the recording. For our first baby, we asked to take a family photo.... and set up the “self timer” but really we were recording. At the count of 3, we said “we are pregnant” and got their authentic reaction and it was amazing!!! How can we announce for this pregnancy?! We don’t want them to catch on until it happens!! Any clever suggestions or something that was successful for y’all? Thanks in advance!!!
