My son just turned 1 I’m a FTM. He will not sit for 1 minute is this normal?

My girl also she will never just sit or lay down. I feel bad for her back and lil feet 😭 but she always has been like this even inside the womb. And when she wakes up it’s like 0-100 she’s ready to go.

I am not a doctor, but it seems totally normal to me. Toddlers only sit still if they are really interested in something.
