Hi All,

Tomorrow I am starting my first ever <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> cycle I am picking up my medication as I am on day 3.

I am pretty nervous that I won’t have any good embryos as we are doing the genetic test as I am a carrier of Trisomy 13 and SMA. Just wanted to see if anyone had similar issues and have had healthy embryos.

Also any tips on doing the injections, I have herd to ice the area helps with pain? Should I lay down for awhile after the injection?
