Anyone from NM and got drug tested after birth?

I'm curious to know if New Mexico is drug testing all moms after birth or if it's just a case by case bases. I've heard stories of moms who smoked marijuana there whoooolllee pregnancy and never got tested after birth and then theres women who smoked and got tested and had to go through a whole terrifying process. I'm wondering if it's because these people told there drs they were smoking or if it they were automatically tested because of there baby being premies or maybe becaus eof suspected use? LMK your story were you tested and why? Or why you were you not tested. I was drug tested with my first born beause I notified my dr I did smoke in the beginning of my pregnancy not knowing (yes they did notify me they were testing I see some say they dont have to tell you but here they do). With my second birth I wasnt tested I didnt smoke and now I'm curious as to if I'll be tested this pregnancy is it required?? Some states require it but here in NM I've read on state websites it's no mandatory only if they suspect use
