Tummy sleeper

Does anyone else’s baby sleep on their tummy almost face first into the matress?! I always lay her on her back in the crib but she rolls to her tummy almost within seconds of me putting her down and now sometimes keeps her head down instead if turning it to the side. She can push herself up on her hands with straight arms now so should I be worried? Everytime I have tried to move her she wakes up and won’t go back to sleep. I’m assuming she can and will move her face if she needs air.... and tips or reassurance that this is ok?
